Solar Lights for your Neighborhood
With homeowners association due’s always on the rise, many neighborhoods can benefit from the positive impact of solar lights. There are many areas in your neighborhood where solar lighting can impact you in a good way. Entry Gate Lighting
Many neighborhoods have entry gates and signs that already have lighting available. Converting this lighting over to solar can have a positive impact on the amount of electricity being used daily especially if these lights run all day long. If there is an area where electricity is not available, solar is very easy to install because there is no need to run wires to each unit or back to a breaker box for electricity.
Public Buildings and Common Areas
Depending on how your neighborhood is setup, there can be many areas where additional lighting would be very beneficial for safety and security. Many solar floodlights have motion sensors built in which makes them automatically turn on when there is motion in the area. These are great for when people are approaching any building, walkway, or pathway so that residents do not have to walk in the dark. Once again because they are solar lights, the installation of these lights only involves assembling the fixture and mounting it where ever you can get direct sunlight.
Landscape and Deck Lighting
Many subdivisions today have a pool with an entertainment area where you and your family can spend your summers having fun. Most of these areas around the pool are landscaped with plants, shrubs, and flowers which add a significant amount of appeal to many homeowners. There are a wide range of solar deck lights that can be placed around the perimeter or along walkways that are sure to be a hit among the neighborhood. They highlight these areas at night and provide ambient light which enables you to have pool parties in the evening. These lights are also great for tennis and basketball courts.
The landscape around the pool area can be dramatically changed by adding some solar lights to accent flowers and plants. They are easy to install… all you have to do is stick them in the ground and let the sun do the rest. No wires, no worry.
